By accessing, registering on, or using the jiliko747 website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jiliko747 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending resolution. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jiliko747 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. jiliko747 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jiliko747 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional security measure.

jiliko747 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiliko747 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the jiliko747 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliko747 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliko747 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to two (2) business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jiliko747 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.

jiliko747 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Where a violation is confirmed, jiliko747 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all bets and winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the jiliko747 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jiliko747 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiliko747.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jiliko747's intellectual property may result in legal action. The jiliko747 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiliko747 and may not be used without prior written permission.

The jiliko747 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliko747 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jiliko747 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiliko747 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiliko747 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jiliko747's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliko747 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliko747 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jiliko747 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting jiliko747 support with a written description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

Nothing in this section prevents jiliko747 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

jiliko747 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliko747 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the jiliko747 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
